Grandguest Day 2026

We look forward to welcoming grandparents and special friends for an in-person visit on Tuesday, February 17. Please RSVP using the form below by February 11.

2026 Schedule:

8:30 – 8:55 a.m. — Arrive and Registration
8:55–9:55 a.m. — A Block Class Observation
10:05–11:05 a.m. — C Block Class Observation
11:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m. — Lunch with Grandguests and their Students
12:15–1:10 p.m. — Grandguest Day Welcome and Student Panel, moderated by Head of School Chris Kolovos
1:25–2:25 p.m. — E Block Class Observation
1:25–2:15 p.m. — For Grandguests of Seniors: Senior Seminar Observation

Prior to Grandguests Day, registrants will receive an email with a personalized schedule. Please note:

• Individual student schedules vary and only BUA classes are open to guests (guests are not invited to attend Boston University classes).
• Each guest will observe their grandchild or student’s classes. If a guest’s grandchild/student does not have a class during one of the class periods (most likely to happen with 11th or 12th graders), he/she will be invited to observe another BUA class.
• It is not required to spend the full day at BUA; please let us know if you plan to join late or leave early.
