Work Permit Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To receive a work permit, you need to obtain the required forms from an administrator of your town\u2019s public highschool or your employer. You\u2019ll also need proof of age (such as a birth certificate, federal ID, or social security card), and must have these forms signed by your employer before submitting them to your town\u2019s public high school administrator. Finally, there are some medical forms you can get from your doctor to submit in order to receive your permit and legally be allowed to work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Some towns may require a letter of enrollment to confirm your attendance at BUA. You can request this letter from the front desk.<\/span><\/p>\n
