Cynthia Taylor

Cindy received her bachelor of arts in astronomy from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in physics and astronomy from Dartmouth College. In the early 1990s she worked on the Hubble Space Telescope as a technical assistant on the Faint Object Spectrograph team. Prior to coming to BUA, Cindy spent 19 years teaching at the Lawrenceville School, a boarding high school in New Jersey. There she taught physics, astronomy, calculus, and pre-calculus in addition to being an assistant dorm parent and coaching rowing and ice hockey. Cindy grew up in Andover and graduated from Phillips Academy.
