  • Title Visual Arts Teaching Assistant; Institutional Advancement Intern

Alyssa Doust is the Visual Arts Teaching Assistant covering Design classes at BUA. Alyssa graduated in May of 2022, earning her Bachelors of Arts in Studio Art and Design from the University of New Hampshire, where she was a Division 1 Track and Field athlete, as well as the editor-in-chief of the university’s student-run magazine. While earning her undergraduate degree, she worked on commission art and co-founded a New England-based arts and culture magazine. She culminated her studies by completing a semester-long service design project, which utilized ethnographic research and user experience design to develop an app for on-campus student parking. Alyssa’s passion for critical-thinking, design practices, and art brought her to the BUA, where she aims to spread her enthusiasm for creativity, inclusivity, and design curiosity to the students.
