Michael Bongiorno

Mike Bongiorno is a partner at the law firm of WilmerHale in its New York office, where he defends securities litigation and enforcement matters on behalf of publicly traded companies and their officers and directors, and advises boards and board committees on various issues.  He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School, and his daughter is a 2018 BUA graduate.  Mike serves as the chair of the Advisory Board of the St. Mary’s School, a local Catholic elementary school.
