National Consortium of Early College Entrance Programs

The NCECEP comprises ten institutions — of which Boston University Academy is a founding  member —  dedicated to the academic acceleration and support of high-achieving students. Of the ten member institutions, Boston University Academy is the only four-year high school embedded in a major research university.

Founded in 2010, the mission of the NCECEP is to serve as an advocacy and resource association for schools/academies/institutions committed to the development and success of early college entrance programs specifically designed to serve high achieving students and young scholars. The consortium brings together leading scholars and practitioners to increase public awareness, explore ideas and initiatives, opportunities to collaborate in research, share strategies, inform decisions about policies and practice, and collaborate to further the missions of member schools.
